Unlike the horrible and utterly forgettable PS3 ads Sony ran in the U.S. and Europe, the Gears of War ads Microsoft is running in Japan are smart and memorable.

Now those are some excellent ads. I don't know if they will sell Xbox 360's in Japan...that ship may have already sailed, but at least they are cool.
